On 21 December 2025, Nanyang Pho Leng Hui Kuan held its Winter Solstice Dinner at the Level 6 Grand Hall, together with the Hui Kuan’s 85th anniversary celebration. Over 310 guests attended, creating a warm and festive atmosphere of reunion.
The year 2025 marks a remarkable milestone — the 85th Anniversary of Nanyang Pho Leng Hui Kuan. To commemorate the enduring vision of our founders and to celebrate the steadfast support and contributions of our members, we hosted a grand 85th Anniversary Celebration Dinner on 17 October 2025 at Orchard Hotel Singapore.
On August 19, the association convened a cordial members’ gathering, warmly welcoming our newly joined members. The event fostered meaningful exchanges, with participants sharing their valuable experiences of becoming part of the association. President Mr Woo Chee Chay also shared about the forthcoming 85th Anniversary Gala Dinner, for which we earnestly look forward to the kind support and participation of all members.
On 4 May 2025, Nanyang Pho Leng Hui Kuan successfully convened its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Yan Shan Hall. The meeting saw enthusiastic participation from many members.
On 28 April 2025, Dato Sri Dr. Derek Goh Bak Heng, BBM(L), President of Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan, led the newly-elected Board of Directors on a visit to Nanyang Pho Leng Hui Kuan. They were warmly received by our President, Mr Woo Chee Chay, together with members of our Board, and the meeting was marked by cordial exchanges.
Led by President Mr Woo Chee Chay, our association visited Puning City, China, and Hong Kong from 15 to 19 April 2025. During the trip, we met with the People’s Government of Puning City, as well as the Hong Kong Puning Clansmen's Association. We were also invited to take part in a tree-planting activity, contributing in a meaningful way to the ecological development of our hometown.
Nanyang Pho Leng Hui Kuan hosted its Year of the Snake Lunar New Year Celebration at the Grand Hall on 8 February 2025. The festive gathering brought together about 140 directors and members, who joyfully welcomed the new year in unity. We were also delighted to extend a warm welcome to our new members joining the Association’s big family.
